Latkes - (Potato Pancakes)
Zutaten für 4 Portionen Menge anpassen
die Zutaten:
2 grossbaking potatoes
1 EsslöffelOnion grated
egg
1/3 Tasseflour
1 Tassevegetable oil
 yogurt plain, low fat
 Applesauce Unsweetened

Peel and grate the potatoes onto paper towels. Squeeze out the moisture. Combine the potatoes and the remaining ingredients, except the yogurt and applesauce. Beat well.

Heat the oil in a skillet. Drop the batter into the oil by spoonfuls. Fry until crisp and brown on both sides. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels. Serve warm with plain yogurt and unsweetened applesauce.
