1 1/2 Tasse | all-purpose flour |

1/2 Teelöffel | Baking soda |
1/2 Teelöffel | salt |
1/4 Teelöffel | nutmeg ground |
1/2 Tasse | Low-fat buttermilk |
1/2 Tasse | Apple sauce |
1 Esslöffel | Butter or stick margarine; melted |
1 gross | egg |
1 gross | egg white |
| Cooking spray |
1/3 Tasse | pecans chopped |
1/3 Tasse | all-purpose flour |
1/4 Tasse | brown sugar packed |
2 Teelöffel | Butter or stick margarine; melted |
1/2 Teelöffel | cinnamon ground |
1. Preheat oven to 350ø.
2. Lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups; level with a knife. Combine flour and next 4 ingredients (flour through nutmeg) in a large bowl; make a well in center of mixture. Combine buttermilk, applesauce, 1 tablespoon butter, egg, and egg white in a bowl; add to flour mixture, stirring just until moist.
3. Spoon batter into a 9-inch round cake pan coated with cooking spray. Combine pecans and remaining ingredients in small bowl; stir with a fork until mixture resembles coarse meal. Sprinkle evenly over top of cake. Bake at 350 ° for 35 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted it center comes out clean. Yield: 8 servings.
