Zutaten für 1 Portionen Menge anpassen
die Zutaten:
 Pizza Dough; (any generic pizza
 Dough recipe will
 Suffice)
6 x ca. 30 gCalzone Cheese; (see recipe below)
4 x ca. 30 gPepperoni; sliced into strips
4 x ca. 30 gMild Italian rope sausage; cooked and sliced
 On the bias
4 x ca. 30 gRoasted roma tomatoes; sliced in half
1/4 Tasseolive oil
Calzone Cheese Mixture
2 1/2 x ca. 450 gShredded Provolone cheese
2 1/2 x ca. 450 gShredded whole milk mozzarella cheese
1 Tasseparsley dried
2 Esslöffelbasilicum dried
2 TasseGrated Locatelli Romano cheese
Garlic cloves; minced fine
1 Tasseonions minced

die Zubereitung:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Place the dough on a floured pizza peel and spread. Place calzone cheese on dough, and then other ingredients on top of cheese and fold and seal calzone. Brush top of calzone with olive oil and bake in 400 degree oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Calzone Cheese Mixture:

Place cheese in bowl, add parsley, basil, Romano and mix well. In separate bowl, place garlic and onion and crack 3 eggs on top. Mix well and add to cheese mixture until well incorporated
