This is in response to the request for deviled eggs that is very low fat and taste just like the real thing. It is from "Life Tastes Better Than Steak" Cookbook.
Blend, beat, mash or chop beans. Add yogert, mustard, lemon juice, salt, pepper and garlic. Mix well an fill egg whites. Chill well and enjoy.
Option: Garnish with hot sauce just before eating.
