| 2 Tasse | cheddar cheese shredded |
| 1 Packung | (3 oz) cream cheese |
| 3 Esslöffel | mayonnaise |
| 1/2 Teelöffel | Worcestershire Sauce |
| 1 Teelöffel | Sherry extract |
| 1 Prise | Onion salt |
| 1 Prise | garlic salt |
| 1 Prise | celery salt |
| 1/4 Tasse | ripe olives chopped |
| 3 Esslöffel | Minced dried beef |
| 3 Esslöffel | parsley fresh, minced |

Combine cheeses, mayonnaise, Worcester-shire sauce, sherry extract and onion, garlic and celery salts. Blend until smooth. Add olives. Cover and chill until firm.
Shape cheese mixture into a ball. Combine dried beef and parsley; roll ball in beef and parsley. Cover and chill.
