Zutaten für 4 Portionen Menge anpassen
die Zutaten:
 =Red-Eye Marinade & Mop *=
2 Tassecoffee strong
2 Tassecider vinegar
1 mittelOnion; chunked
1/2 TasseDark unsulphured molasses
1/2 Pork butt 3 1/2 to 4 pounds
 Bar-Bq Ranch Sauce **
die Zubereitung:

ten well beaten eggs, one teacup milk, a quarter pound of sugar, one pounds of raisins, seeded and the same quantity of cleaned currants, one teaspoonful each of cinnamon, allspice and ground cloves, the grated rind and juice of a lemon and two ounces of citron. Mix thoroughly, rinse the pudding cloth in hot water and sprinkle it with flour; tie up the ends and boil for five hours. Sauce to liking.
