Mm format by Ursula R. Taylor whose aunt Eileen W. Butler gave her this recipe. Boil stew beef and bay leaf in enough water to cover. Boil until it can be pulled apart with a fork. Add salt and pepper to taste. Heat brown sugar (or sugar substitute), catsup and worcestershire sauce together and add to beef. Cook until very tender - almost to mushy stage and until sauce is thick and sticky.
Folks - I've never made this with Brown SugarTwin - so don't know if it will get thick and sticky....
