I like to use 1/4 cup of fresh blueberries, strawberries or raspberries and 1/2 sliced banana or nectarine per serving. Sprinkle with fruit fresh or keep in orange juice until ready to use.

Mix 8 oz. Plain, vanilla or lemon yogurt with 2 tablespoons of honey. Sprinkle with cinnamon and stir. Do this just before you serve the fruit. Place one teaspoon of yogurt/honey mix on small plate, top with fruit and add another spoonful of yogurt mix on top of fruit and serve. Add fresh mint leaves for decoration. I always get asked for this recipe! 8oz. Of yogurt will serve 6-8 people. Use 1/2 cup of fruit per serving. Use any fruit in season or canned light fruit that has been drained.
