Preheat oven to 425 F; spray a nonstick baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. In small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon. On a lightly floured work surface, unroll dough; slice lenghtwise into quarters. Spread each with preserves and top with berries; roll up dough. Place the rolls, seam side down, on the baking sheet; brush the tops with butter; then sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake until golden brown, 10 to 12 minutes.
