Combine filling ingredients and blend well. Form into 30 1-inch balls and set aside. Beat sugars, butter, and peanut butter until light and fluffy. Add rest of dough ingredients. With floured hands, take about 1 tablespoon of the dough and wrap it around the filling. Pace 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets and flatten with the bottom of a glass. Bake for 7-9 minutes or until set and slightly cracked.
