To wafer crumbs add 2 tsp. Sugar, 1/2 tsp. Of cinnamon and melted butter, mix well then line the bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan. (Leave enough crumbs to sprinkle on top.)
Bake 350 °C F for 6 minutes. Beat softened cream cheese with 1 cup white sugar. Add 1 cup hot water to Jello in another bowl, let the Jello cool and add cream cheese. In another bowl, whip the Carnation milk in a large bowl until thick. Fold the carnation milk into the Jello mixture with spatula.
