1. Cook the noodles in plenty of boiling water for 2 minutes or according to manufacturers instructions, and drain them.
2. Mix the other ingredients together, and toss in the pasta. Mix well again and serve immediately.
so simple to make that a meal could be ready in under 15 minutes. Serve it with a salad, followed by fresh fruit. Dried pasta can, of course, be used instead of fresh noodles.
