Peppers; green and sweet red mixed; ground -5-1/2 cups

Pour boiling water over ground peppers and onions to cover; cover with lid and let stand 20 minutes. Drain well. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 12 to 15 minutes. Seal at once in hot sterilized jars. Makes 3 pints. From Bh&G Magazine Sept l955 issue sent in by Mrs.T.L.Moore, Arlington, Ma
