Preheat grill for 10 minutes. Trim large pieces of fat from steaks. Make vertical slashes in fat around edges at 1-1/2 inch intervals to keep edges from curling. Arrange steaks 2 inches apart on cooking grid. Sprinkle with Seasoning. Grill at med with hood closed until steaks feel slightly firm, 25-30 minutes, turning over once. Makes 4 servings.
