Sprinkle yeast over the water and stir to combine.
Combine flour, cheese, salt and 1 T. of butter in food processor. Pulse an cut remaining butter into mixture; then add milk until mixture forms a ball and pulls away from sides of food processor. Knead on a floured surface fo minute.
Place dough in a greased bowl and cover with plastic wrap and a towel. Put a warm, draft-free place until doubled in bulk - about 45 minutes.
Melt 1/2 cup of butter and add garlic to pan. Let butter simmer and remove from the heat. Slice the dough into strips with dough scraper, then into walnut-size pieces; they don't have to be uniform size. Round each piece i roughly shaped balls.
Dip 1 side of each ball into butter mixture, then into sesame seeds. Coat 10" angel food pan with butter (or vegetable oil spray) and place balls in pan, sesame seed side up. Cover pan with a towel and let it rise for 45 mi Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake bread for 45-50 min. Turn out onto a serving tray.
Can be frozen.
