Crush the Ritz Crackers, Beat the eggs in a bowl. To the meat add the spices and mix well. Form into patties. >> Dip into the egg mix and pat into the cracker crumbs. Re-dip and re-coat in the crumbs. Fry in the oil until it they are golden brown and done to your liking. To make "Pan" gravy you deglaze the pan and add 2-3 tbs of flour mixed into 1/4 cup of hot water. Mix it well. With heat on high add the water/flour mix and stirr or wisk it well so no clumps form.
