World's Best Chocolate Chip Cookies
Zutaten für 72 Portionen Menge anpassen
die Zutaten:
1 x ca. 450 gbutter softened
2 Tassebrown sugar
1 1/2 Tassesugar granulated
3 grosseggs room temperature
2 Esslöffelvanilla
1 1/2 Teelöffelsalt
1 1/2 TeelöffelBaking soda
6 Tasseall-purpose flour
12-ounce pkg chocolate chips
1 1/2 Tassepecans chopped
die Zubereitung:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Cream the butter and sugars together in a large bowl. Add the eggs and the vanilla and beat thoroughly.

In a separate bowl, sift together the salt, soda and flour. Mix the flour mixture into the liquid mixture one third at a time, to form the dough. Add the semi-sweet chocolate chips and the nuts to the cookie dough. Fold in by hand until well mixed.

Drop the cookie dough onto parchment-lined cookie sheets by the tablespoon full. Bake in a preheated 350 degree F. oven for 10 to 12 minutes. Bake No More Than 12 Minutes! Do not brown or cookies will dry out too much!!!!!

always a hit with kids and even the biggest kids. The recipe makes a Huge batch, so it may be advisable to cut the recipe in half for most occasions.
