1 Esslöffel | Plain nonfat yogurt; plus 1 teaspoon |
1 1/4 Teelöffel | oregano fresh, minced |
3/4 Teelöffel | Thyme fresh, minced |
1 Esslöffel | Lemon juice; plus 1 teaspoon |
2 | Garlic cloves finely minced |
Prepare an outside grill with an oiled rack set 4 inches above the heat source. On a gas grill, set the heat to high. Combine the meat with the remaining ingredients. Shape into 4 patties. Grill the burgers, turning once, according to the following guidelines: 6 minutes for rare, 8 minutes for medium, or 10 minutes for well done.
