3 1/2 Tasse | Uncle Ben's Converted Brand Rice |
2 ca. 1 Liter | water |
1 1/2 Esslöffel | salt |
1 3/4 ca. 1 Liter | mayonnaise |
3 Tasse | Onions finely chopped |
1/4 Tasse | mustard prepared |
2 Teelöffel | salt |
1 ca. 1 Liter | Cucumber, pared and diced |
2 Tasse | Radishes sliced |
1. Cook rice in water with salt according to package directions.
2. Cool.
3. Combine mayonnaise, onion, mustard, and salt. Stir into rice.
4. Cover and throughly chill.
5. Stir in cucumber and radishes just before serving.
