Sunflower Seeds, 2 Tabspns. Sl. Almonds, 2 grated apples(skinned, or non-skinnedf), 2 tabspns. Plain, Non-Fat Yogurt, stir well. If you want it sweeter, you may add 1-2TABSPNS.b. Sugar.
