Prepare Horseradish Sauce by thoroughly mixing all three ingredients. Spread layer of sauce on each bagel half. Sprinkle sprouts on each half, then layer with cheese & salmon. Top each half with kiwifruit slices, arranged in an overlapping ring. If warmed bagels are desired, heat before adding kiwifruit. Makes 4 to 8 servings.
