2 Tasse | Golden Grahams Cereal |
1/4 Tasse | Wonderslim |
2 Karton | (12-oz) fat free cream cheese |
1 Tasse | sugar |
1 Esslöffel | lemon extract |
1 Esslöffel | vanilla |
1 Esslöffel | vinegar |
1 Packung | Fat free tofu |
3/4 Tasse | water |
2 Esslöffel | flour |
This is from the folks at Dixie Usa with minor adaptations. In their cookbook they call it "Cheesecake Supreme". I served it to a group of Vlf and Sad people who all raved. Blend 2 cups of Golden Grahams Cereal. In a bowl, mix with 1/4 cup Wonderslim. Press into 9" cake pan. Bake at 325 for 5 minutes. Blend 2 containers of 12 oz fat free cream cheese, 1 c. Sugar, 1 T lemon extract, 1 T vanilla, 1 T vinegar, 1 pkg fat free tofu, 3/4 c. Water and 2 T flour. When smooth, pour on crust. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes, then 250 for an hour. Cool and top. I made a topping using a pint of blueberries, about a quarter cup of water and a sprinkling of sugar: I cooked it just until the "sauce" started to thicken. Delish! Kristina
