In medium size saucepan over medium heat, saute' onion, bell pepper and mushrooms in margarine. Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Reduce heat to low; cook, stirring mixture constantly with a wooden spoon until bubbly. Remove from heat. Using a whisk, stir in milk and broth. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Stir in chicken and pimento; heat through. Serve over whole wheat toast. Approximately 145 calories per serving.
