Onion; (even a Maui onion will do)(sorry Mary-couldn't resist)
1/2 Tasse
Frozen orange juice concentrate
2 Esslöffel
brown sugar
2 Esslöffel
parsley fresh
1 Teelöffel
Soy sauce; (low salt)
1/2 Teelöffel
ginger
1/3 Tasse
water
1 Teelöffel
sherry
die Zubereitung:
Slice onion thin and saute or microwave till soft. Set aside. Cook chicken however you prefer. Bake, broil, micro. - I prefer grilled, but will micro in a pinch. Simmer remaining ingredients till thick. Arrange chicken on a platter, top with onions and pour sauce over all. Seems very simple, I know, but the flavor is wonderful. Fixed this alot for my dad after his heart attack. (The sauce can be made and kept in jar in refrig to use as needed.)
