Combine chicken, rice, crumbs, celery and pimento. To the beaten eggs, add salt, seasoning and broth. Mix thoroughly and stir into chicken mixture. Bake in a greased square glass baking dish at 350 degrees for 1 hour. A few minutes before taking out of the oven, cover with browned bread crumbs. Cut into squares and serve with mushroom sauce over top.
Mushroom Sauce: mix together 1/3 cup of milk and 1 can of cream of mushroom soup. Heat and serve over chicken squares.
