1. Add vanilla extrat and a dash of Grand Marnier to cream and whip until very thick. Put aside.
2. Heat remaining Grand Marnier in a small ceramic milk jug. Do not boil. 3. Melt butter in deep frying pan, add sugar and caramelise. 4. Add bananas and brown. 5.Arrange bannana onto service bowls, with cream on side. 6. When serving, set jug of Grand Manier on fire and pour over bannanas.
