These are adapted recipes from Dr. Atkins' New Diet Cookbook for those concerned about their carbohydrate intake instead of fat. (Yes, there really are some of us out here:) If you're old enough, this is probably the way your mother *used* to cook. Happy Lowcarbing and Bon Appetit!
Wash wings and pat dry. Cut pieces at joints discarding wing tips. Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl. Place wings in shallow baking dish, careful not to crowd. Pour sauce on wings. Marinade overnight in refrig. Leave marinade in pan and bake wings at 325 degrees F. (163 degrees C.) for 1 1/2 hours.
Per serving: 244 Calories; 19g Fat (70% calories from fat); 15g Protein; 3g Carbohydrate; 47mg Cholesterol; 2208mg Sodium
