2 Tasse | Flour all purpose |
1/2 Teelöffel | salt |
3/4 Tasse | Quick oats |
3/4 Tasse | Dark brown sugar, packed |
3/4 Tasse | white sugar |
1 Tasse | Salted butter, softened |
2 gross | eggs |
2 Teelöffel | vanilla extract pure |
1 Tasse | (4 oz) chopped pecans |
1 Tasse | (6 oz) semisweet chocolate chips |
Preheat oven to 300 In medium bowl combine flour, soda, salt and oats. Mix well with wire whisk and set aside. In large bowl blend sugars with an electric mixer at medium speed. Add butter and mix to form a grainy paste. Scrape down sides of bowl, then add eggs and vanilla. Beat at medium speed until light and fluffy. Add the flour mixture, pecans, and chocolate chips, and blend at low speed just until combined. Do not overmix. Drop dough by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheets, 1 1/2 inches apart. Bake for 20-22 minutes. Immediately transfer cookies with a spatula to a cool flat surface.
