Place almonds in a medium bowl. Melt butter in a small skillet or saucepan. Stir in Worcestershire sauce and next 6 ingredients. Cook 1 minute. Remove from heat and pour over almonds. Stir well. Let stand 30 minutes.
Arrange almonds in a single layer on an ungreased jellyroll pan or baking sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 35 minutes, stirring often. Cool completely.
