Peel and thinly slice potatoes and arrange in a 3-quart glass casserole. Sprinkle on flour, salt, and onions. Pour milk all over. Dot with margarine. Cover and cook on High for 8-10 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Garnish with bacon bits and grated cheese. Let stand covered for five minutes before serving.
