Chop garlic in food processor until minced. Add basil and pine nuts and chop. Add V-8 juice and pepper and puree until smooth. Note: In place of the V-8 juice, you could use balsamic vinegar, lemon juice or a pureed roasted red pepper. Add 1 Tbsp. Olive oil to make the sauce smoother, and 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese if you wish.
