Cut fish into 2-inch pieces and put in pot of water. Add a little salt, bring to a boil and simmer for 3 minutes. Drain fish and set aside.
Put rest of ingredients in pot (not fish) boil and simmer 3 to 5 minutes. Put fish chunks in jar or casserole dish and pour all liquid over fish. Let cool, then refrigerate for 7 days. Any bones left will disintegrate. Eat and enjoy.
