6 Esslöffel | butter unsalted |
2 gross | onions yellow |
2 | eggs |
3 Esslöffel | buttermilk |
1 Dose | Cream-style corn |
1/2 Tasse | Bell pepper chopped |
1/2 Tasse | Artichoke hearts |
1 Packung | Yellow corn muffin mix |
1/4 Teelöffel | oregano dried |
1 Tasse | sour cream |
2 Tasse | Sharp cheddar cheese |
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Coat a 9 x 13 baking dish with butter. Saute onions in melted butter until golden. Combine eggs, buttermilk & corn until smooth. Stir in corn & bell pepper & artichoke hearts. Stir in muffin mix & dried oregano. Mix together well. Pour mixture into shallow glass baking dish. Bake until golden for about 20 minutes. Remove from oven & sprinkle cheddar cheese on top. Return to oven to melt & brown cheese for 5 minutes. Serve cut into squares.
