Mix together eggs, cheddar cheese, jack cheese, cottage cheese, cayenne & flour, peppers & baking powder. Whisk until well blended. Pour into glass baking dish. Cook in microwave, uncovered, on 70% power, until set. Turn dish if eggs appear to be cooking unevenly. Cook about 15 minutes. Let sit for about 5 minutes. Cut into squares to serve.
