In large saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add ramen noodles, seasoning packets, chicken, peas and carrots and onion; mix well. Cook over medium-high heat for 4 to 6 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir in mushrooms; cook until thoroughly heated.
