Place chicken, broccoli, carrot and garlic in 1-quart microwaveable casserole. Cover tightly and microwave on high for 5-6 minutes, stirring after 3 minutes, until vegetables are tender and chicken is no longer pink in center.
Add remaining ingredients; toss. Microwave on high 1-1/2 minutes or until hot.
