1/2 Tasse | sour cream |
2 | Scallions; sliced with tops |
2 Teelöffel | Grainy Dijon mustard |
1 Teelöffel | horseradish prepared |
1 Dose | Spam Less-Sodium luncheon meat - (12 oz); sliced 4 pieces |
4 | Kaiser rolls; split, toasted |
1 Tasse | Peloponnese roasted sweet red peppers; sliced |
1 | Green bell pepper; cut into rings |
1 Tasse | Banana peppers; sliced |
In small bowl, combine sour cream, scallions, mustard, and horseradish; set aside. In large skillet over medium-high heat, lightly brown Spam slices on both sides.
Spread 1 tablespoon of sour cream mixture on each of four roll halves. Top with Spam, peppers, and remaining sour cream mixture. Place tops of rolls on sandwiches and serve.
