Combine cake mix, eggs and pie filling. Mix until well blended. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched. Frosting: In a small saucepan, combine sugar, butter and milk; bring to a boil. Stirring constantly, cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat; stir in chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
