Cream butter, sugar & salt; add the egg. Beat mixture well. Make a graham cracker crust in bottom of an 8x8-inch pan (mix graham cracker crumbs with a little melted butter, spread on bottom of pan & press down). Pour mixture over crust. Whip cream; add pineapple. Spread over batter & top with additional graham cracker crumbs. Chill.
