Mix beef with egg, onion, bread crumbs, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and black pepper.Shape into 4 patties, 1" thick.Brown in a large skillet for 5 minutes on each side. Remove patties;drain fat.Stir soup and water into skillet and bring to a boil.Return patties to skillet.Cover and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.Serve over cooked rice.Makes 4 servings.
