Preheat oven to 350 °C F. In a large pot, cook mushrooms in butter for about 5 minutes. Do not brown. Add cream and bring to a boil. Make a paste with the flour and water; stir in the mushroom mixture. Simmer for a few minutes to thicken. Add almonds, salt and pepper and pour into a casserole. Sprinkle with parsley and paprika. Bake until hot and brown, about 30 minutes.
