Wash, dry and tear lettuce leaves into bite-size pieces. Arrange lettuce on serving plates. Top with avocado slices, orange slices and grapefruit slices. For dressing mix together yogurt, orange juice, lime juice, orange and lime zest, cinnamon, cloves, poppy seeds and powdered sugar. Blend well. Drizzle dressing over salad and serve. Approximately 4-6 minutes.
