Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Add the mince and brown over a high heat. Drain the oil.
Combine the Maggi Lasagne Recipe Mix, water and tomato puree and add to the pan.
Bring to the boil, stirring, then simmer over a low heat for 5 minutes.
Spread one-third of the mince mixture over the base of a 22cm square ovenproof dish. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup grated cheese. Cover with lasagne sheets. Repeat the layers.
Top with the remaining mince mixture. Pour the cheese sauce over the mince. Top with extra grated cheese.
Cook in a preheated oven, 180 C, for 40-45 minutes or until the pasta is tender and the topping is golden brown.
Stand for 5 minutes before serving. Serve with a green salad.
