Heat oven to 375 F. Grease pie plate 9 x 1 1/4 inches. Rinse peas under cold water to thaw; drain thoroughly. Place peas, pimento and ham in plate. Beat half-and-half, eggs, baking mix, salt and pepper until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour inplate; sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 35 minutes.
